What to Expect

Enjoy an intimate evening gathered around a communal table. After a light dinner, we will embark on a celebration of French desserts from eclairs to macarons. Throughout the evening, I will share a little history about the food and wine while you experience authentic French sweets.

The Full Story

I’ve always loved cooking. Last summer, I took a French pastry making class. I enjoyed eating the croissants, eclairs, and macarons as much as creating them. Afterwards, I continued exploring through several Seattle cooking schools. Naturally, as it came time to choose my senior project, I wanted to cook. As part of my project, I spent time in French culinary school, focusing on pastries. I chose starting a pop-up restaurant because it gave me the freedom to craft a dining experience. I design not only the menu, but also the pop-up’s ambiance and identity. Enjoy Salt & Sucre!
